STUDENTS HONE THEIR SPEAKING SKILLS WITH STORYTELLING ACTIVITY

Storytelling is one of the oldest art forms that help to build confidence, enhance speaking skills and stimulate one's imagination. Keeping this in mind, a storytelling activity was organized for the students of Grade III. Students displayed excellent memory and recapitulation skills. All were transported into a different world altogether, with beautiful props being used. The vocabulary and voice modulations encompassed the wonderful essence of the stories, and the students also learned moral values at the end of each story.
