"Mathematics is not about numbers, equations, computations, or algorithms: It is about UNDERSTANDING."

Mathematics activities/competitions help the students to think from a different perspective. It also promotes many good qualities like teamwork, problem-solving skills, time management, patience, etc. In order to test the knowledge of the basic concepts, a Mathematics activity was organized for Grade- VII at Presidium. It generated intense interest in the students. The aim of conducting this activity was to enhance the knowledge of students about the Perimeter and Area of Various Figures by using GEO-BOARD. Students learned about Area and Perimeter. It was indeed an interesting and educational experience for the students of the Presidium. It was altogether a fruitful event for all.
