The United Nations, at its General Assembly in November 2014, declared 15 July as World

Youth Skills Day. The special assembly for the month of July was organized by the students of

Grade 7 to raise awareness about the importance of youth skills development and contribute

in building a positive society. The assembly started with the Morning Prayer followed by the news headlines and thought for the day. A speech on the importance of ‘World Youth Skills Day’ was delivered by the students. Then, a GK quiz based on theme was also conducted to encourage students to look beyond their textual knowledge & establish a relationship between theory & application of the learnt concepts.They participated wholeheartedly to encourage youth to celebrate the value of acquiring skills to achieve success in their life.
