‘Engineering is the art of directing the great sources of power in nature for the use and convenience of man.’ A special assembly was conducted in the school premises of Presidium Hisar by the students of grade 2 on the occasion of Engineers’ Day in the honour of Bharat Ratna Sir Mokshagundam Visvesvarayya. The day is a tribute to one of the greatest engineers of the country for his outstanding contribution to society. The assembly began with a thought highlighting the importance of innovations in human life, followed by news headlines and a quiz based on the facts related to Engineers’ Day.
