Ganesh Chaturthi is one of the important Hindu festivals celebrated throughout India with a great devotion. A special assembly was organised by the students of grade 3 to marks the birth of Lord Ganesha, the elephant headed son of Lord Shiva and Goddess Parvati. Presidians spoke about the 10 days long festival and explained that Lord Ganesha is the symbol of wisdom, prosperity, and good fortune. They also performed the ritual and ceremonies related to the celebration. They even showed wonderful dance on Ganesh Vandana. The assembly ended with a positive note where the Vice Principal shared the importance of celebrating festivals like Ganesh Chaturthi.
