The month of April marks two important events - Buddha Purnima and World Dance Day. To celebrate both these wonderful days, a special assembly was recently organized by our grade 5 students at Presidium, Hisar. In the first half, the Presidians commemorated the birth, enlightenment and death of Lord Buddha. A small skit was performed by the students to spread the message - 'find Buddhism in yourself by preaching his teachings'. Second half of the assembly blossomed the environment with some magnificent dance forms. To reinforce and assimilate the knowledge gained, an open quiz was conducted, which made the environment very lively and interesting.
