SPECIAL ASSEMBLY ON INTERNATIONAL GIRL CHILD DAY

The month of October marks an important international event ‘International Girl Child Day.’ The special assembly for the month of October was organized by Presidians to educate about the importance of Girl Child. The assembly dealt with the reason and theme of International Girl Child Day 2021 that is ”My Voice, Our Equal Future,” along with the message of Empowered Girls grow up to be Empowered Women. Students presented a performance to show the importance of empowering women for a nation’s development. To reinforce and assimilate the knowledge gained, an open quiz was conducted which made the environment very lively and interesting.
