CELEBRATING THE FOLK CULTURE OF INDIA ON WORLD DANCE DAY

Dance has been an integral part of our culture and heritage since time immemorial. Whenever we look at nature, we find that it is full of rhythm and music. Wherever there is rhythm, there is life and in dance is a celebration of life!
In sync with this belief, Presidium Hisar celebrated World Dance Day on April 28, 2017. An inter-club dance competition was also held, wherein the budding talents of Presidium spread their flair through mesmerising performances on various Indian dance forms such as Garba from Gujarat, Bhangra from Punjabi, Lavni from Maharashtra etc.
The entire program was vibrant and beautiful; and inundated the students with rhythm and pulsating vibes of dance while helping them understand the value of the celebrated art form-Dance.
